Caroler's Blog
Darryl and I had a great day painting by the waterfront and off of Front St. in Whitby, ON.
It was a great day but we had quite a few short bits of rainfall. We managed to get 2 paintings each done. I was able to sell one to the father of the boy I painted fishing (painting shown below). Darryl produced a very good painting of the sail boats going by and an air balloon. A beautiful painting that very quickly found a new home in Michelle and Larry's bathroom. Unfortunately the painting session ended when my car battery died with my sunroof and windows wide open and then it started pouring rain again. We managed to stay fairly dry and was so happy when CAA finally showed up to help out. We both agreed that we will have to go out painting together more often. In the evening I had a chance to meet Kya, Kris and Tara's new daughter. She is beautiful and very alert. A happy new family. After my visit there with Patty, we returned to Mom's to share supper with Larry and Michelle, Mom, Denis, Darryl and Patty. Great day.
