THE SWEATLODGE CEREMONY        

This is a trailer, of an educational documentary produced by three B.C. Canada Children and families organizations. The film focuses on helping First Nation's foster children learn about their culture and the foster families to learn specifically about the sweatlodge ceremony.. Two of my paintings were used in this documentary - "Calling the Grandfathers" and "Above and Below" (see abstract gallery).  The producer of the movie had someone animate my paintings to help explain the experience of being in a sweatlodge ceremony.    One of them is briefly shown near the end of the clip.
