I attended a beautiful wedding last Saturday. The ceremony was held on top of the Blue Mountain. It was a chilly day but it turned sunny and bright in time for the ceremony. To see moe pictures of the wedding please see = Mendes wedding

Chaydon's Special Birthday Guests8/10/2013 These are some of the pictures I took at Chaydon's 8th Birthday party. We had a wonderful time and were treated by a visit from a Zoo representative and many different animals that we were allowed to see and touch. Alysha was dancing in several dances and they were beautiful performances. The photos were taken without flash and were able to catch the movements of the dance. Caroler Recent portraits3/27/2013 These are a few of my recent portraits completed either Tuesday evenings from models at the Don Valley Art Club (approx 2 1/2 hours) or Sunday afternoons (25 minute poses of fellow artists), I am now accepting commissions again to paint portraits. Started off by watching my great niece, Alysha, perform her first competitive solo dance performance. I was very proud of her and her performance. Then I went to the Art Guild of Scarborough Spring Show (details below) where I was presented with an award for my painting "Trilliums of Trail's End" gouache Then a good friend, Pat Vicari, purchased the painting. It was also wonderful to see so many friends and members from the Don Valley Art Club showing up at the show. From there I went with my friends Patty and Linda to see the musical "Rock of Ages" at the Sony Centre. A very lively and uplifting show. After the show, we went across the road to Fran's for supper At the Toronto Harbourfront6/2/2012 Went out with Linda and Patty today A cruise around TO island not far away But along the way I went A stray While at the Harbourfront, the ship so near I found a new friend I will refer to as Dear The way we hit it off will bring you a tear. Had my hair highlighted with a magenta colour. I had wanted a purple highlight but it turned out more of the pinky side but it still matches OK. I have admired all the different colours of hair that are popular now and decided to join in on the fun. Do you think it works?
