Spring Flowers, Toronto Botanical Gardens, May 21, 2014

Stopped for a quick visit to Toronto Botanical Gardens / Edwards Gardens, Toronto, this morning with my friend Patty.

I didn't expect much buti I was delightful surprised and treated to a great show of brightly coloured tulips and a few other spring specials, all just near the parking area.

I had been to High Park last Saturday but was disappointed with the scarcity of remaining blooms on the Sakuri, Japanese Cherry Blossoms. There were many people there expecting the glorious blooms. This time most of them seem to be more interested in the large Mangnolia tree in blossom.

The very colourful show at Leslie and Eglinton Avenue would help to brighten anyones day. Enjoy my little slideshow of photos I took today.
