Painted garden board.4/11/2012 These are pictures taken in sections to capture the full length of a board that was painted. Friends commissioned me to paint this board used cover some screw holes left after a gate was removed from the side of their house. I painted flowers found in their garden and also added a hummingbird and a chipmunk that visits frequently.

Post Title.4/9/2012 SAKURA TREES - Japanese Cherry Trees - I went to High Park today with Patty S. It was a beautiful day. Sunny and bright with cold gusty winds. The Cherry trees are about 75% in bloom. It was a good opportunity to find both buds and fully bloomed flowers to photograph. I think it will be prime time to see them in full bloom by Friday of this week. Here are some pictures I took. Happy Easter.4/8/2012 What a beautiful day out there. Seeing all the early blooms and buds on the trees had me thinking of all the wild flowers pictures I took on Manitoulin Island a while ago. It was a fun project looking for different wildflowers and wildlife. These are just of few of the many varieties to be found.
